It's the summer solstice, so Phineas, Ferb, and their friends decide to travel around the world in one day in an effort to create the "biggest, longest, funnest summer day of all time". Candace tags along because Jeremy is on a trip to Paris, and she fears that there he may meet other girls. Also, Isabella finds her affections for Phineas sorely tested when his steadfast focus on achieving his goal puts pressure on her. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz takes a father trip to Tokyo, Japan with Vanessa, but sets out with Perry and Major Monogram to find her when she joins Phineas, Ferb and the others.

Basara, on one of his frequent trips across the galaxy to spread the message of his music, folds in on an icy planet. The natives are hostile, and take him prisoner until he begins to sing for them and a little boy named Pedro recognizes his voice. They release Basara, and almost as soon as they don, a strange wailing voice comes from the nearby mountains. Basara and Pedro head out in Basara's valkyrie to investigate the noise. Little do they know, an ambush is waiting for them.

Kaito lost his sister who was his lover in his childhood. He severed all contact with the outer world for twenty years and devoted his time to writing down memories of his sister. One day, a week before the manuscript is to be completed, a woman visits his room. She burns all his papers and takes him to the city to cut him off from his memories. Nevertheless, Kaito cannot stop writing about his sister. The woman decides to lead him on a journey to ultimate hell.
